BILLING POLICY

 

All estimated service charges are due at time of order including Courier Dispatch, Service Type Fees, Courier Hours, Vehicle Fees, Estimated Mileage, Courier Gratuity and any Optional Services or Special Handling.  Any other actual charges or additional charges incurred for the order (additional mileage, parking, citations/violations, advanced purchases, fees, tips, etc.) will be billed at order completion. For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE + REFUND POLICY

 

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our service. If you are not satisfied with the service(s) you received for any reason, please contact us at 877-308-2913 or support@universallogisticsllc.com. We will resolve any service issues to your satisfaction or refund your money in full if you remain unhappy with our service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up which may affect your delivery or
need for the service(s) you ordered. You may cancel your order for services for any reason with
no penalty up to the time the courier arrives. Once the courier arrives at your location, the
dispatch fee may be due. Please call us at 877-308-2913 to cancel any orders for service.

If you wish to cancel a job in progress, you may do so at any time but fees for any services
already performed may be due. Please call your account representative or our customer
service line to cancel a job in progress.
